This bug is a needs-packaging bug, which is a feature request to have a package make it into Ubuntu. Unfortunately as there is only Windows and Mac versions, we are unable to incorporate this into Ubuntu. A package must have source code available to be able to be packaged for a majority of Linux distros. Sorry we couldn't help in this instance but please continue to report any bugs you find in Ubuntu. Thank you :)

Umm, Teej, I think you misunderstood the link.

The point was not to literally add what was at that URL, instead the URL was
given as a reference to what Three Shuffles & Draw is, so that it could be
added to Aisle Riot.
