Minimize with systray icon even if settings and other windows are open

I don't know if this can cause any issues but even if i have many open windows (auto search, select directory, browse for folder) i can minimize AirDC with the systray icon. If i try to do the same with the toolbar icon i can't do that as long any of these windows are open. I can do it even if i have "Do you want to quit" window open.
