Better way to share directories

The client should handle creating and opening of magnet links that point to a file list directory. Directories could also have their own TTH values. The should also be a way to create and open files of the directory structure (XML similar to a partial list) that can be distributed via other channels (the creation part could be a plugin feature as well). Temp sharing might also be implemented for directories.
