Bug Description
To provide aethercast as a snap we need to implement at least an interface which allows aethercast to own the org.aethercast dbus system service and allow clients to talk to it.
Beside this we need some kind of access to hw encoding which would be either hybris or sth else base. Starting point would be to get something libva based into aethercast and see what it would require from the interface side.
