Bq M10 cannot connect to firetv stick

Bug Description
It tried the following several times on my bq m10 with ota 11:
$ sudo service aethercast restart
$ aethercastctl
> enable
> scan
It finds the firetv stick with its MAC-Adress, but when I try to connect, it says:
"Failed to connect with device: Timeout was reached"

We've landed some important fixes in rc-proposed which will be released with OTA 13 which should improve the general device compatibility. Can you please retest with either current rc-proposed or OTA 13 when it is released?
