Bug Description
When enable/disable hotspot aethercast will not find any available displays afterwards.
Steps:
1. Enable hotspot
2. Disable hotspot after a few seconds
3. Open WiFi Display settings page and scan for displays
Expected:
Available displays turn up in the list.
Actual result:
No displays turn up in the list but an Android device clearly shows there is one available.
