Bug Description

it would be better to indicate a "report_rml" file not found error instead of:

a2b_base64() argument 1 must be string or read-only character buffer, not bool
(<type 'exceptions.TypeError'>, TypeError('a2b_base64() argument 1 must be string or read-only character buffer, not bool',), <traceback object at 0x447ed40>)

Could you elaborate on the error - what scenario gives you this error?

Please provide more info, how to replicate the problem!

If the file doesn't exists because misspelled by example , eg (forgot a letter in the report filename):
<field name="report_rml">project/report/woksheet.odt</field>

then it should raise an error:
"project/report/woksheet.odt" report file not found
