Bug Description
In Activity Log Manager, go to the Files tab, bottom section, select a path that has a accent in it somewhere (e,g, /home/user/Música) and add it to the list. Open a file in that folder.
The file shouldn't appear on the recent files list, but it does! I tried with other folders and it worked.
