Bug Description
MultiClamp device fails to reconnect when commander is closed.
The driver has this capability; should be a simple fix..

Correction: the telegraph library has this functionality. The other axon API just breaks when you try to reconnect. Probably this is not fixable without an update from Axon (which is not remotely probable).
