PyGIWarning: Import GI and specify Accounts and Signon module versions before importing

When launching /usr/bin/accounts-console application, which is included in accounts-plugins-tools package, it prints an error:

/usr/bin/account-console:8: PyGIWarning: Accounts was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Accounts', '1.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.

I pushed my branch which includes a patch for this bug.
