Bug Description

Currently if you press Alt+# (where # is a number from 0 to 9) the view automatically switches to the region with the given number. This is really cool and useful, however it has a big limitation: most of the presentations have more than 10 regions. In such cases, this feature becomes useless because it lets you move only to one of the first slides. If you want to move to the region #20, you can't.

A way to solve this problem would be to give the ability to associate each number with a region chosen by the user. The limit of regions with a key associated would still be 10, but the user will be able to link the keys with the slides he things are most interesting or useful for him.

Right,
we should work on this when we'll do a new metadata structure. As we have to convert to xml (see #595641) our metadata, we could also add this kind of feature.

I'm going to add a tag to these bugs. :)

I like the idea. For example, the presentation author could bind up to 10 "special" ROIs to Alt+# so that he can get back to them anytime during presentation (for example if he need to deviate from his speech to answer a question, and a particular ROI could help him).
Another improvement we could add is that pressing Alt+# again (the same # of course), would bring the presentation back to the previous ROI.
